Township meetings can be watched with a LiveAgenda, on Youtube, or in their original streamed form on Livestream.

For a year or so we've been posting meeting videos on youtube, which allows us to build the meeting indexes we call LiveAgendas. 

Doing that takes many hours.  I've fallen out of the habit.  

For some of the more interesting meetings, the VideoNorthfield version is edited to show two camera views.  You can simultaneously watch both speakers at the podium and the Boardmembers, their interactions and discussion.  

In cases where Livestream drops out or the recently purchased A/V software craps out, we attempt to put together the best record we can out of a backup handicam and whatever room audio captured by the handicam.  In some cases we have been able to use the perfect audio recorded by the Township sound mixer.  In other cases the network connection to the sound mixer was the problem and audio was not properly recorded.

The repaired video can be uploaded and posted to the Livestream account unless it is too large.  The Township's livestream account has an upload limit of 3 GB.  You can stream video all day long but a repaired video files are frequently too large.  High definition video files are usually too large.  We degrade the quality to the point that they can be uploaded.  It's better than not being able to watch.  This limitation goes away for those who upgrade from the approximately $45/month Township account to a ridiculously overpriced $400/month account.
