Developer Steve Gronow introducing himself and his Leland Property plans to the PC.

Gronow introduced himself and his Leland farm plans - Luxury ranch apartments: 200 apartments and 90 single family homes costing under $300,000. He said that he has followed the Leland property history, that he plans to work another 7 or 8 years ,and that this project will be his "crowning achievement and swan song," a signature development.
