The Planning Commission last night spent nearly an hour reviewing changes to the last 10 pages of the township’s 20-page “Sign Ordinance”. It was the only agenda item.

Planner Paul Lippens will return in two weeks with answers to several questions posed by PC members, mostly dealing with enforcement issues.  

The new ordinance will create a situation where many township signs will “not be in compliance”, but they will be “grandfathered” in and will need to conform to the new ordinance when they are replaced.
