On May 5th the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners no-voted the possibility of an August ballot measure granting a 0.5 mil tax revenue stream to a revenue starved County Road Commission. There was disagreement over Road Commission plans to reserve 20% of the revenue for non motorized paths.
